quickly that were very efficient in their jobs when I needed to do some last minute repairs in order for the

I recently engaged with Mary Boal to sell a property in Vancouver, Washington. When I first met Mary I
thought she was just a normal every day real estate person. But once I started talking to her, I realized
that she had an incredible depth of understanding not only about the market, but about the industry. As we
began to move through the process of listing the home, I was incredibly impressed with Mary’s approach. She
understood the market and the area and what would be the best price point for the home. Then the incredible
stuff began. Mary began marketing the home like no one I’d ever seen before. She was professional, but focused,
from staging the home, to signage, to open houses. She did it all. I felt like I had an entire team of people
working for me. What I thought was just a normal real estate person I soon learned that she was a top
performer. The home sold for what she listed it for, and she walked us through every step as the buyers were
negotiating. We came to a reasonable and beneficial conclusion to some of the repairs that they requested.
But it was so nice to have Mary on my side to validate those and let me know what she thought was fair and
what she thought was pushing the boundaries. Our house closed and we could not be happier. We would use Mary
over and over and over again.
